Thanks for your visit to our updated and new website design and hope that we can introduce you all into the fascinating world of the cycle sport and it's many different facets. It can be a hard sport and few ever attain what they ever dreamed but at the same-time I have meet many characters like any sport has but have also made a large number of friends that now are across the world.
SUPER - EURORIDE 2011

Some news with dates for next years Super
- Euroride, three excellent weeks of riding the bike. Starting from Calpe
travelling to Madrid, continuing to Bilboa and then following the Pyrenees
to Andorra. Now we head towards the Alpine regions of Le Bourg-d'Oisans,
Provence-Alpes-Cote-d'Azur and Rhone-Alpes and finally we enter Switzerland
to complete an incrediable experience and several personal
challengers. Dates are May 14th to June 4th 2011.
GMHBA TOUR OF GEELONG 2010
The Malaysian national cycling team heads a compact 107-man field to contest the GMHBA Tour of Geelong and Victorian open road championships next week.
Malaysia will have nine riders in the tour, with New Caledonia and New Zealand fielding five each. The 19 overseas riders have injected a shot of international class into the five-day tour to be held from August 11-15. The final three days of the tour will double as the State road titles for men and women.

ENGAGE WITH THE TRAFFIC
An excellent day on the bike for most of us is pedaling on smooth roads through the contryside with little or no vehicle's in sight. However, the reality of this is that we need to share the roads, on some days it means sharing more than others and this does cause conflict.
One of the most useful pieces of advice that I can give for riding in traffic is to engage with it.
